Every machine is covered by a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Bought more than one machine at once? Add them all below in a single registration. Have your invoice and each tool's nameplate handy for the serial numbers.

Important notice
  • Every machine carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a fault can't be repaired, we will replace the machine instead.
  • The warranty is void if the machine shows signs of abusive use, water damage, or has been altered or opened by anyone not authorised by us.
  • If a drill bit gets stuck, do not try to remove it yourself with other tools. Bring the machine to us as-is and we'll take care of it — forcing it out yourself can void the warranty.
